Measured feed
For each date and each Programme Time Unit (PTU), the graph and table entitled ‘Measured
feed’ provide an overview of the feed to the grids, as measured by their grid administrators,
and the balance of the exchanges with other countries. The measured feed value is
an approximation of the total national grid load.
Explanation
TenneT publishes measurement data on its website, thereby implementing section 4.6
of the Metering Code.
Explanation
-
The data published are expressed in MWh/PTU; you can obtain the equivalent in MW
by multiplying each value by four.
-
Feed (> 0): the sum of the measurement data for each connected party with a generating
capacity of 10 MW or more, as reported by grid administrators, insofar as it concerns
the feed to the grid, increased by the sum of the exchanged energy on the cross-border
interconnections with Belgium, Germany, United Kingdom and Norway.
-
Import (> 0): the sum of the programmed imports from Belgium, Germany, United
Kingdom and Norway.
-
Export (< 0): the sum of the programmed exports to Belgium, Germany, United Kingdom
and Norway.
The publication is based on information provided by grid administrators. The message
traffic system that forms the basis for this information was changed as of 1 April
2004. As of that date, publication occurs on the basis of data obtained from all
the grid administrators (previously, the data of one particular grid administrator
were lacking). This may have resulted in an altered pattern, which means that the
data as of 1 April 2004 cannot be compared easily to previous data.
As the information concerned has been obtained from third parties, TenneT cannot
guarantee its correctness, accuracy and completeness.
