The bid price ladder of ≤ 15 minutes can only be used to a very limited extent to estimate real-time settlement prices in combination with the Balance Delta:The bid price information is based on bids of both regulating capacity and reserve capacity with a dispatch time of ≤15 minutes, while the latter can only be used to a limited extent.
To achieve the desired regulating speed, bids of regulating capacity are used in parallel.
