Dear relation,

On behalf of the Minister of Climate and Energy, TenneT is announcing the advice to limit the rotational speed of the offshore wind turbines (if required to do so by their ‘Kavelbesluit’) due to large-scale bird migration.
The amount of rotations per minute per wind turbines may be reduced to less than two rotations per minute during the following timeslot(s):

16-03-2024 21:00 until 17-03-2024 00:00

Geachte relatie,

Op verzoek van de Minister van voor Klimaat en Energie deelt TenneT het advies tot beperking van de rotatiesnelheid van offshore windturbines (voor zover vereist in hun ‘Kavelbesluit’) in verband met massale vogeltrek.
De hoeveelheid rotaties per minuut per windturbines mag worden teruggebracht tot minder dan twee per minuut gedurende de volgende tijdsperiode(s):
