Dear relation,

The reduced Intraday capacity and/or the expected end time of the reduction in the Single IntraDay Coupling of the NORNED link has been changed. The reason for the reduction is: a technical failure of the HVDC cable.

Start date and time	:	09-03-2023 00:00
End date and time	:	09-03-2023 13:00
Available intraday capacity NL -> NO	:	0 MW instead of 700 MW
Available intraday capacity NO -> NL	:	620 MW instead of 700 MW

Remark: The reduction does not affect the previously allocated intraday capacity on the NorNed link.
