Due to failure of one or more IT-systems at TenneT, these systems are switched over to our fall-back systems.
Normally this has no consequenses for you, but we would like to ask you to be alert on receiving your APERAKS. If you do not recieve any APERAKS from TenneT, we would like to ask you to contact TenneT and/or resend the message.
Our apologies for any inconveniences, we try as hard as we can to repair these systems.
