Dear relation,

The reduced transport capacity and/or the expected end time of the reduction of the NorNed link has been changed. The reason for the reduction is: a technical failure of the HVDC cable.

Available transport capacity NL -> NO	:	0 MW instead of 700 MW
Available transport capacity NO -> NL	:	0 MW instead of 700 MW

Remark: The reduction does not affect the previously allocated transport capacity on the NorNed link.

Additional remarks:

Update with expected end time from the disturbance.
