TenneT announces the system state ALERT

- for the 220/380 kV grid

The situation is:

- The system is within operational security limits, but the N-1 criterion is not fulfilled

- The reserve capacity (FCR and/or FRR) is reduced by more than 20 % for longer than 30 minutes and there are no means to compensate for that reduction in real-time system operation

- Frequency is within the range of 49.8 – 50.2 Hz but frequency is outside the range of 49.90 - 50.10 Hz for more than 5 minutes

- Frequency is within the range of 49.8 – 50.2 Hz but frequency is outside the range of 49.95 - 50.05 Hz for more than 15 minutes

- N transport veiligheid voldoet, het systeem is stabiel, maar de N-1 transport veiligheid voldoet echter niet

- De MW-reserves (FCR en/of FRR) zijn gedurende langer dan 30 minuten lager dan 80%

- Frequentie bevindt zich binnen de band van 49.8 - 50.2 Hz, maar frequentie bevindt zich langer dan 5 minuten buiten de band van 49.9 - 50.1 Hz

- Frequentie bevindt zich binnen de band van 49.8 - 50.2 Hz, maar frequentie bevindt zich langer dan 15 minuten buiten de band van 49.95 - 50.05 Hz
