TenneT TSO B.V. is the Transmission System Operator (TSO) in the Netherlands and manages the Dutch high-voltage grid. We manage the 220 kilovolt (kV) and 380 kV grid throughout the country, and the 150 kV grid in the province of Zuid‑Holland.

To Dutch society, TenneT is the backbone of the electricity market. Our grids connect all regional electricity grids with each other and with the European grid. Besides managing the high‑voltage grid, TenneT also monitors the reliability and continuity of the national electricity supply to ensure that everyone in the Netherlands always has access to electricity – 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
