Organogram chart (holding)

The legal structure of TenneT was changed on 20 December 2005. On that date a legal carve-out was effected, under which:

• the Articles of Association and the registered name of TenneT, Transmission System Operator B.V. were changed to TenneT Holding B.V.;
• a new company was established under the name TenneT TSO B.V.;  
• all equity was transferred to the latter company under universal title. Economically the carve‑out applies with retroactive effect as of 1 January 2005.   

The Articles of Association of TenneT Holding B.V. and TenneT TSO B.V. were amended on 19 September 2007.
