Whistleblower Regulations

In line with the Corporate Governance Code, TenneT has drawn up a set of Whistleblower Regulations to enable employees to report irregularities of a general, operational or financial nature without any danger to their legal position.

Irregularities can be reported to the Board of Management, the Supervisory Board and to a specially designated confidential adviser. The Whistleblower Regulations can be downloaded below.
