Composition of the Supervisory Board
The Supervisory Board of TenneT Holding B.V. and TenneT TSO B.V. consists of five members appointed by the General Meeting of Shareholders. Under the Electricity Act of 1998, the appointment of a member of the Supervisory Board requires the prior approval of the Minister of Economic Affairs.
The members of the Supervisory Board each have independent status as referred to in the Corporate Governance Code, and are also independent within the meaning of the Electricity Act of 1998. They have no links with any legal entities (or shareholders thereof) engaged in the production, purchase or supply of electricity or gas.
