Authorised signatories
Overview of authorised signatories at TenneT TSO B.V.
Unless stated otherwise, signatories are only authorised for the activities of the company department(s) in which they work. Letters are used to denote the maximum amounts applicable to legal transactions which bind the company and which involve third parties.
The maximum amounts are coded as follows:
A. Authorised to a maximum of €25,0001
B. Authorised to a maximum of €50,000
C. Authorised to a maximum of €100,000
D. Authorised to a maximum of €500,000
E. Authorised to a maximum of €1,000,000
F. Authorised to a maximum of €5,000,000
