Company code
The Company Code offers a useful basis for the way in which people act and communicate within TenneT. TenneT’s core values of quality and integrity were used as guiding principles when the Company Code was drawn up.
The Code was implemented within TenneT in 2005 further to the publication of the Dutch Corporate Governance Code. All TenneT employees and all external employees engaged by TenneT are required to comply with the provisions of the Company Code.
