TenneT Board of management

The board of management of TenneT Holding B.V. and TenneT TSO B.V. is formed by four managing directors.

• President and Chief Executive Officer: J.M. Kroon MBA.
• Chief Operating Officer: B.G.M. Voorhorst MBA.
• Chief Financial Officer: W.A. Keus RA.
• Director of Corporate Development: A.A. Hartman. 

The executive board is formed by:

The board of management is monitored by the supervisory board. In the performance of its duties, the board of management aims to promote the interests of the company and its associated enterprises. When taking decisions, the board weighs up all the interests relevant to the issue at hand.
