People

The People element manifests itself in our attention to occupational health and safety and talent development. We protect our people’s mental and physical health by providing generous medical care. In addition, we promote sporting activities, for instance through our unique programme entitled Committed Power. For recent graduates, TenneT has set up a special two-year trainee programme. In 2009 we started the TenneT Academy, which offers education and training opportunities for our staff.
