New invoice address

14-12-2006 As of today, TenneT has a separate address for invoices. TenneT TSO B.V. therefore requests all suppliers to send their invoices to the following address only: TenneT TSO B.V., Postbus 428, 6800 AK  Arnhem.

TenneT has informed its suppliers by means of a letter of the new P.O. Box (Postbus) number. In this letter, TenneT also drew the suppliers’ attention to the fact that only relevant documents should be enclosed with the invoice and that the number of the purchase order must be stated. Use of the proper address, inclusion of the correct data and enclosure of the right documents will contribute to the swift processing of invoices. 

At the moment, TenneT is working on improving the processing of invoices. One of the first steps taken was the realisation of a separate P.O. Box number. As a result, TenneT has a better overview of all incoming invoices. Over time, we will start using a new automated system which enables digital processing of invoices.
