Frequently Asked Questions
As from 1 January 2008 we are responsible for the administration of all grids above 110 kV. This is due to the Independent Grid Administration Act (WON) which was passed in the Netherlands in 2006. This means that the regional grid companies have to transfer the administration of these grids to us. This has consequences not only for the parties involved but also for customer connections to the 110 and 150 kV grids. The following links provide answers to frequently asked questions about the WON, the transfer of administration of the grids and how this will affect connections to these grids.
