New Lelystad station operational

In Lelystad works related to the build-up of a branch-off station into a full double rail station have been realised. The new 380 kV station at the line Diemen-Ens is realised upon the request of Electrabel. Mid 2009 this company will start with the operation of two (2) new gas-fired power plants in Lelystad. The new TenneT station will ensure that the electricity generated can be channelled to the national 380 kV grid.
