Intraday

On the border between the Netherlands and Germany a so called intraday cross border capacity allocation will be performed by the concerned TSOs from tje 9th of December 2008. This results in the possibility for participants of the Intraday Allocation to obtain import and/or export capacity on the day of execution. The first operational day will be the 10th of December. Intra day cross border capacity allocation makes it possible to execute cross border trades close to real time.

The method used on the border with Germany is a "first come first served". Refer to the other information on the webpage Rules where the specifics of this method are explained in more detail. 

On a later date also information about intraday will be found on the websites of Eon, RWE and DBS (Deutsche Börse System).

The Intraday Allocation will be put operational after having received an approval of the Dutch regulator "Energiekamer".
