Report on extra reserve capacity in case of extension of cooling water limits

From the moment when the total available regulating and reserve capacity with a dispatch time of up to 8 hours drops to below 1400 MW, producers will report to TenneT before 2 p.m. how much extra reserve capacity with a dispatch time of 15 minutes or less they will be able to offer if the cooling water limits are extended by 1 or 2 degrees centigrade.
