TenneT to issue € 200 million of bonds

26-05-2010 On 21 May 2010 TenneT Holding B.V. agreed to issue 20-year notes with a notional amount of EUR 200 million under its European Medium Term Note Programme. TenneT started this program at the beginning of this year, with the issuance of € 1 billion of senior bonds and € 500 million of subordinated (hybrid) bonds. 

The notes were done in private placement format with a number of European investors, carry a coupon of 4.75% and are expected to be issued and settled on 3 June 2010. TenneT will use the proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes and to finance its capital expenditure programme."
