EMTN program base prospectus
TenneT Holding B.V. has launched a Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme, worth EUR 5 billion. The Dutch regulator for the Financial Markets (AFM) has approved the prospectus on 22 January 2010. The approval is valid for 1 year.
The EMTN program enables TenneT Holding B.V. to issue Euro Medium Term Notes from time to time. During 2010 3 senior bonds have been issued. Notes issued under the program are listed on Euronext Amsterdam.
- Senior bonds (EUR 500 million) with a term of five years, 2010 - 2015 (final terms 5 years and erratum 5 years)
- Senior bonds (EUR 500 million) with a term of 12 years, 2010 - 2022 (final terms 12 years and erratum 12 years)
- Senior bonds (EUR 200 million) with a term of 20 years, 2010 -2030 (final terms dated 31 May 2010)
Updated version EMTN programme base prospectus
On February 3, 2011, TenneT Holding B.V. the updated version of the Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) program was approved by the Dutch regulator for the Financial Markets (AFM). Under this prospectus 2 bonds have been issued. The issued notes are listed on Euronext Amsterdam.- Senior bonds (EUR 500 million), with a term of 7 years, 2011 – 2018 (final terms 7 years)
- Senior bonds (EUR 500 million), with a term of 12 years, 2011 - 2023 (final terms 12 years)
