As of 1 January 2008, TenneT has taken over the connections to the high-voltage grid previously managed by the regional grid operators, with the exception so far of Stedin and Continuon Randmeren. As a result, TenneT is currently undergoing a considerable expansion of its customer base, activities and workforce. Our customers include electricity producers, electricity consumers, grid operators and Programme-Responsible Parties.

TenneT seeks to ensure optimum service provision in support of an electricity market that functions smoothly and effectively. We consider efficient and reliable customer service to be an indispensable part of that mission. You can always contact your Customer Relations Manager if you have any questions. Your Customers Relations Manager looks after your interests and is your partner within the TenneT organisation.
