TenneT takes its responsibility to its customers very seriously. After all, we are the only national grid operator in the Netherlands – you cannot switch to another operator. That is why we devote a great deal of attention to building strong relationships with our customers, by publishing newsletters, for instance, developing our customer service and website, and through personal contact. Our Customer Relations Managers have been taken on for just this purpose. Each Customer Relations Manager serves a specific region of the Netherlands, so that you always have a point of contact for all your questions. Your Customer Relations Manager looks after your interests and is your partner within the TenneT organisation.
