Dear Sir/ Madam,
Due to a malfunction in the system for national load frequency control since Feb 1st 2012, a small volume of control power may erroneously remain activated, even when undesirable for system control. This might be observed on the TenneT website pages with balance delta information. TenneT will not take such erroneous activation of control power into account when establishing the imbalance prices. TenneT expects this malfunction to be removed within a couple of days.
